Where are you located?
We’re located in Melbourne Australia however we do not have a physical store.

Are all your products authentic?
Yes, we only sell authentic merchandise that we source ourselves when travelling or purchase directly from reputable sources.

What payment methods do you accept?
At the moment we accept PayPal and Debit/Credit cards, Afterpay as well!

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! Most countries have been added now, if your country does not have an available shipping method please contact us. DHL is also an option but please contact us if you’d prefer that method instead of Australia Post.

Do I have to pay any import duties or VAT?
Any and all import duties and or VAT fees are to be paid by the customer.

What shipment methods do you provide?
We are currently utilising Australia Post as our Main shipping provider. All our packages will have tracking and your choice of service. (E.g Standard or Express.)
We currently ONLY utilise DHL for international shipping. -
How much is shipping?
Our postage calculator is located in checkout, just punch in your details and let the calculator sort it out. Shipping costs depend on weight and size of the package.
Due to the limitations with our site provider our postage calculator MAY be higher than the actual postage cost. In the event we find a cheaper alternative for postage we will refund you the difference and give you a notice. -
Can you provide extra protection for items?
We understand that everyone wants their collectables to arrive in pristine condition. We will ensure all packages and items are properly packed and secured for postage.

How long will it take to receive my items?
All our items are available on hand so theres no need to wait from an overseas supplier! We try our best to get orders out within 3 business days. Items will travel along the Australia Post network and times are based on their estimates which you can view here.

Can i pickup my items?
Sure can! We are now offering pickup with details below;

(Outside Caroline Thai Cuisine near the PO Boxes)
Pickup's will be available OUTSIDE of the store.
Weekdays from 4pm-8pm.
Weekends will depend on our availability. -

I have a problem with order what do i do?
Just message us! Facebook messenger is the fastest way to reach us.

Can I swap an item in my order?
Messaging us through Facebook would be the quickest way to get a response from us, item swaps can be arranged provided you contact us prior to the postage of your items. We strongly suggest to message us within 2 hours of your order.

What condition are your single cards?
Cards are NM unless stated in the product listing, however we cannot guarantee they are ‘GEM MINT’ or ‘PSA 10’ worthy. Please feel free to inspect the cards during our conventions if you want a closer look.
